About the Role:
As a Field Services Technician, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer support while providing technical support by phone, email, and onsite for our customers.
Pay: $22/h
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Olympia Fields, IL 60461
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day technology functions, including networks, email, and various software systems.
- Supporting macOS, Windows, iOS devices, Google Console, and VMware.
- Installing and troubleshooting interactive teaching solutions, desktop computers, servers, and peripherals.
- Repairing and replacing non-functioning computer equipment.
- Creating, maintaining, and updating computer images.
- Upgrading networking equipment and ensuring software license compliance.
- Supporting telephone system issues and maintaining inventory records.
- Ensuring physical security and control of all computer assets.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in computer hardware and software installation and maintenance.
- Skills: Ability to deploy software using Network/Server/MDM based software installation; ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of staff
