Job Description
- Operate and monitor chemical production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during all operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify any issues or inefficiencies.
- Assist in the formulation and mixing of chemical products according to specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with laboratory personnel to conduct quality control tests on products.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean manufacturing practices.
- Minimum 3 years; 5 years preferred as a Chemical Operator with experience in batch manufacturing and reactions.
- Knowledge of CGMP ( Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is essential.
- Familiarity with laboratory processes and materials handling techniques.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for collaboration within a team environment.
