Position: Part-time Barback
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and replenish bar supplies, ice, and garnishes
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area and glassware
- Assist bartenders during peak hours
- Change kegs and CO2 tanks
- Transport supplies between storage and bar
- Support closing duties and cleaning protocols
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be available weekends, holidays, and flexible between lunch/dinner shifts
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
