The Role:
We're seeking an enthusiastic and professional Server to join our dynamic front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
• Welcome guests and guide them through their dining experience with knowledge and enthusiasm
• Master our menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and drink pairings
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, attentive service
• Process orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Maintain thorough knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail offerings
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Assist with side work and opening/closing duties
Schedule Requirements:
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings
• Weekend availability required
• Holiday availability expected
• Full-time positions available

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Team-oriented mindset
• Food Handler's certification (or willing to obtain)
• Alcohol service certification (or willing to obtain)
Bilingual (English-Spanish preferred)
