What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waiter / Server position at DZO Hospitality?
Talavera Cocina is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Server/Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Server/Waiter
- Proficient in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including lunch & dinner. You must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
