```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including stocking supplies and replenishing inventory
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

- Sales: Strong sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials or new menu items
- Time management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Food industry: Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the industry
- POS (Point of Sale) systems: Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
- Math: Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and measuring ingredients for cocktails
- Hospitality: A friendly and welcoming demeanor towards customers, providing a positive experience
