Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled FOH Manager with minimum of 2 years of full service restaurant experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional dining experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating a POS system
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and standards
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience in fine dining or upscale establishments preferred
- Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
