One year sales experience, apartment and marketing experienceHigh school diploma, AA or college degree.Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independentlyStrong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.Strong time management skills.Solid communication skills.Experience using Rent Café,Yardi and CRM are preferred.

Your Calling Will Be:

Generating trafficQualify potential residents & verify applications.Tour/Lease apartments.Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
