Grade Foreman

Purpose of Position: Responsible for the placement of stone, pipe, box culverts, grade work and milling operations. These positions will involve overseeing and managing a grade crew, and equipment for daily production.*

Key Responsibilities:
- Know the daily operations of a grade crew
- Material, equipment and crew scheduling
- Figure stone quantities
- Be able to read blueprints
- Must have good communication skills and able to work well with others

Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in the heavy highway construction field
- Must have a CDL license or be willing to get one
- Must have OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR certification, Certified Flagger, DOT, Traffic Control Supervisor, Use of LEO’s in the work zone and ATSA certifications or be willing to obtain these certifications through in house sponsored training
