Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are looking for an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee ABA therapy services for individuals with autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment and intervention plans, supervising behavior technicians, and providing parent training. Additionally, the role may include supervising BaBAs, QBHPs, and students pursuing ABA certification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment and intervention plans following BACB guidelines and payer requirements. Ensure timely authorization submissions to maintain uninterrupted client care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, serving as the primary point of contact and providing consistent parent training in line with company standards.
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, offering constructive feedback and recognizing outstanding performance.
- Collect, analyze, and review client data to assess progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with client support coordinators and case managers to review cases, evaluate data, and ensure treatment plans align with client goals.
- Complete and submit accurate session notes and reports for billing within required timelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date Google calendar reflecting a 40-hour workweek for safety and accountability.
- Follow quality monitoring protocols to ensure service delivery adheres to treatment plans and BACB standards.
- Meet productivity expectations, including maintaining required billable hours and supervising QBHPs, students, and behavior technicians.
- Provide direct ABA therapy when necessary due to staffing shortages or technician availability.
- Participate in monthly staff meetings, bi-weekly clinical meetings, and quarterly clinician meetings. Engage in committee work, projects, and training initiatives as assigned by leadership.
- Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions with staff, clients, families, and payers.
- Stay calm and solution-focused in challenging situations, offering guidance and support to team members on complex cases, assessments, and parent training.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Valid Michigan driver’s license and current auto insurance.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Passion for making a meaningful impact on the lives of clients and their families.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
