Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to develop and maintain accurate CMM programs that ensure compliance with engineering specifications and customer requirements. The ideal candidate has expertise in CMM programming, quality assurance, and metrology, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

CMM Programming & Inspection

• Develop, modify, and validate CMM programs to support production and quality assurance.
• Perform first article inspections, in-process inspections, and final verifications.
• Analyze measurement results and recommend process improvements.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to ISO quality standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis and assist in corrective action plans.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and procedural documentation.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with engineering, production, and tooling teams to support quality objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay informed about advancements in CMM technology and quality assurance methods.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Degree in Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Hands-on experience in CMM programming or equivalent training/certification.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in CMM programming and operation.
• Familiarity with GD&T principles and precision measurement techniques.
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards and inspection procedures.

Additional Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience with quality inspection tools and software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
