Role Description
· We are seeking a CMM Programmer to join our dynamic team.
· The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and quality control.
· This role is essential for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
· The CMM programmer is responsible for understanding and interpreting all customer requirements/expectations in a collaborative environment with peers and stakeholders.
· The position requires the understanding and working knowledge of all processes needed to support new product introductions.
Qualifications
· A degree in manufacturing or quality field is desired for this position but not required
· Previous training, certification, and/or demonstrated experience in CMM programming is required
· Understanding and exposure to ISO requirements is preferred
· Working knowledge of Microsoft products is preferred (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

· Communication? demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional work groups and departments both verbally and in writing.
· Organization & Planning? time management and effectively prioritizing multiple competing tasks.
Responsibilities
· Customer focus and team-driven (i.e.- advocate for the voice of the customer)
· Creation of CMM programs that capture and interpret all customer specifications/design intent leading to a positive process for all stakeholders
· Demonstrated technical skillset for Quality Control, programming, and the importance of data processing
· Collaborative execution of developing/meeting customer value stream requirements while working with peers and stakeholders
· Supporting the development and maintenance of a customer-focused culture within the organization and the CMM lab
· Continuously review quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities to sustain the most cost-effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements, and making recommendations for improvement as appropriate
· Collaborate with engineering, production, and tooling services to specify/design CMM-related fixtures and gauging
· Support efforts that contribute to identifying and reducing waste in the value stream
· Conduct or coordinate gauge and process capability studies as required
· Maintain SME knowledge of current quality technology and associated equipment and processes
· Assist in compliance with Quality Management System and aid in alignment with ISO standards and customer expectations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
