The ideal candidate will have the technical knowledge to work with RPG/ILERPG, CLP, Visual Basic, MS Visual Studio, Microsoft C#, PHP, and Python, as well as strong leadership skills to guide a growing IT department and ensure alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead IT and IS departments, developing strategic initiatives to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT strategies with business goals.
Software Engineering & Development:
- Use your coding expertise in RPG/ILE RPG, CLP, Visual Basic, MS Visual Studio, PHP, and Python to guide development, troubleshooting, and ensure best practices in software solutions.
- Oversee software engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Infrastructure & Systems Management:
- Manage IT systems, network infrastructure, and internal software applications to ensure uptime, performance optimization, and security.
- Oversee systems integration and the implementation of new technologies to meet business needs.
Team Development:
- Lead and mentor IT teams, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Manage recruitment, staffing, and performance evaluations within the IT department.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management:
- Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and threats to continuously strengthen the organization’s security posture.
Budgeting & Resource Allocation:
- Manage the IT department budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while meeting company objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, software, and technologies to enhance operations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8 years of experience in IT management and software engineering.
- Proven experience with RPG/ILE RPG, CLP, Visual Basic, MS Visual Studio, PHP, and Python.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in RPG/ILE RPG, CLP, Visual Basic, MS Visual Studio, PHP, and Python.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud technologies, and systems integration.
- Familiarity with database management, cybersecurity practices, and enterprise software systems.
Leadership & Communication:
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $245,000.00 per year
