Electrical Estimator
Location: Littleton, MA (Onsite)

Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to manage cost assessments and bid preparation for commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential projects. This role requires accuracy in estimating, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create competitive proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating & Cost Analysis
- Evaluate project requirements and develop precise cost estimates.
- Perform detailed takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Analyze bid documents, including blueprints and project specifications.
Proposal Preparation & Negotiation
- Prepare and submit comprehensive project bids.
- Review subcontractor and vendor pricing to ensure cost efficiency.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather essential project details.
Industry Knowledge & Relationship Management
- Maintain a database of cost data and historical pricing.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Provide estimating expertise to support project discussions and planning.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Technical Knowledge
- 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical estimating.
- Proven ability to estimate projects ranging from $10K to $15M.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, industry standards, and project specifications.
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple estimates under tight deadlines.
Software Proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Estimating software (Conest & Surecount preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
