Location: Ft. Liberty/Fayetteville, NC – Onsite

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Full Motion Video (FMV) and Imagery Analysts to support operational and tactical intelligence missions. This role requires expertise in FMV analysis, imagery interpretation, and intelligence product development. Analysts must possess a strong background in targeting, geospatial systems, and intelligence operations. The ability to conduct real-time call-outs and type proficiently without looking at the keyboard is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced FMV and imagery analysis to support intelligence operations.
• Develop high-level intelligence products and assessments.
• Evaluate intelligence systems architecture, methodologies, and procedures.
• Provide expert guidance to junior analysts and oversee product development.
• Conduct briefings and effectively communicate findings to leadership.
• Utilize intelligence-related automation and computer applications for analytical efforts.
• Serve as an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC) after completing government-provided training.
• Support Special Operations missions with detailed regional and point analysis.
• Adhere to the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Analyze (F3EA) targeting methodology.
• Maintain a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Security Clearance: Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis experience within the last six years.
• Military personnel with at least 2 years of FMV analysis experience within JSOC meet the minimum requirement.
• Strong operational and tactical intelligence background, including targeting and geospatial systems.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in imagery analysis, intelligence product development, and intelligence systems architecture.
• Strong briefing skills with the ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must successfully complete Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC) training.

Work Schedule & Deployment:

• Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a rotating basis (Adjusted Panama schedule – 90 days on night shift, followed by 90 days on day shift).
• Deployment: After 12-18 months on the job, candidates will be assigned a 120-day deployment to a U.S. DoD or Allied forces facility.

Education & Additional Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Typing Requirement: Minimum of 35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard.
• FMV Experience: Minimum of 3 years (Required).

Pay: $90,000.00 - $107,000.00 per year
