Job Title: Supervisor - Audit
Location: Tampa Bay (Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Supervisor - Audit to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with at least two busy seasons as a senior auditor. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing audit engagements, particularly for NFP and Single Audits, while continuing to build their expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee multiple audit engagements, including planning, execution, and finalization of audits.
· Work closely with clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits.
· Supervise and guide junior and senior staff, providing leadership and mentoring.
· Review financial statements, audit reports, and other deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
· Ensure audit procedures are completed in accordance with applicable auditing standards.
· Keep clients informed about the audit process and findings.
· Assist in training and development of staff on new auditing standards and techniques.
Requirements:
· Must have CPA in process.
· At least 2 busy seasons as a senior auditor.
· Experience with NFP and Single Audits preferred (must be willing to learn if no prior experience).
· Strong leadership and project management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· No job-hopping (stable work history preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
