Electrical Project Managers.

Role: Electrical Project Manager

Location: Orange City, FL/Onsite

Job Type: Fulltime/Permanent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must have a clean driving record.
• 3 years in a Project Management role (REQUIRED)
• 7 years of relevant trade experience
• Commercial and Industrial Electrical Experience
• Journeyman or Master Electrician (Preferred)
• Experience in highway lighting systems, electrical wiring systems, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and roadway signing (PREFERRED)
• Must have necessary skills in understanding the plans and specifications, means and methods of construction and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Experience with Wastewater/Water Treatment plant electrical construction.
• Experience with and thorough understanding of P&ID control wring and PLC’s.
• Experience with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in the areas of Highway Lighting and ITS. (Preferred)
• Experience with Generator installations.
• Familiar with Procore (Preferred)
• Familiar with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Blue Beam.
• P6 scheduling experience (preferred).
• Manage multiple projects at once.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Manages time efficiently.
• Layout and delegate work.
• Requires good communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Think clearly, remain calm and demonstrate problem-solving skills using good judgment.
• Follow directions thoroughly.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Multitask.
• Safe worker with clean driving record
• Communicate with employees, managers, subordinates and guests through verbal communication, hearing ability and visual acuity.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to perform multiple tasks and can handle the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50lbs. Must be able to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
