General Description: We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an inside sales position that leverages strong customer service skills and industry knowledge to deliver the best customer experience. As a Sales Associate, you will engage with new and returning customers to guide them in their purchase decisions and ensure they receive the product that best fits their needs. Strong communication skills, people skills, and product knowledge will be key to meeting and exceeding sales targets. We provide a paid training period of up to 60 days, which concludes once you feel confident in independently assisting customers and making sales.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
