--> Running digital campaigns and driving lead generation: we will empower you to come up with a game plan to build strategies that really work. In details, you will be:
- Developing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media to drive engagement and leads
- Optimizing SEO, SEM & PPC strategies, including keyword research, bid management, and performance tracking
- Enhancing website performance, landing pages, and lead generation funnels
- Managing social media content and strategy, leveraging platform algorithms to boost organic reach
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader brand initiatives
- Bringing fresh ideas and taking ownership of strategies that drive results
- This is a broad marketing role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment and enjoys wearing different hats

- Experience: a solid foundation in digital marketing, bonus points if you’ve worked in software
- Competencies: confident in communication, curious, tech-savvy, and know how to get creative when solving problems
- Tools: you live and breathe Google Ads, LinkedInAds, know the ins and outs of SEM and Google AdWords, and understand how to leverage all the social channels to target the right audience. What else is good to have? HubSpot, UTM Tracking and Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge: you understand social media algorithms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and really know how to develop strategies to enhance engagement and organic search across social platforms

- First meeting: a video call to get to know each other - 1 hour. In case of a high volume of applicants, we may also do a one-way video screening first via Hireflix
- Assessment: online personality questionnaire and ability test - 45min
- Final round interview: meeting with HR & the Team. We’ll discuss tests results, and ask you to prepare a business case (which is pure fun, we promise!)
