Do you already feel like E&C is a place for you? Let's see if this particular role is also what you're good at. As a Data Collection Specialist you will be trusted with:
- Collecting and gathering energy data and energy invoices of our clients in the US, Canada and LATAM
- Contacting energy suppliers as well as contacting data centers of our clients
- Cooperating with our consultants round the world to ensure the best service
- Partnering with our team of financial controllers who base their work on the collected data
- Developing and maintaining various tools (using Outlook, Excel, SharePoint) that allow keeping track of collected and missing data
We feel that to be successful & satisfied in this role, it's good that you:
- Have 1-2 years of experience with client / stakeholder management (can be virtual)
- Are very persistent in the things you do and you never give up
- Have strong people skills – you know how to persuade and negotiate
- Are good with Excel
- Like to work independently and take responsibility for your work
- Are a quick and easy learner
