POSITION SUMMARY |
- Perform responsible human support and paraprofessional work while assisting instructor or other professionals to achieve instructional objectives; assisting special population students with achieving establish goals. Additionally this position requires skills in planning and organizing the students internship development and process by maintaining written reports and paperwork providing instruction on vocational skills and in maintaining effective working relationships with all parties to include coworkers business partners students family employers and employees at work sites.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS |
- Assist project search instructor in performing specific duties as assigned or undertaking specialized tasks to achieve an enhanced Instructional objectives
- Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce material introduced by instructor
- Provide programmed practice activities, task analysis, and repetitions has developed by instructor.
- Assist with large and small group activities.
- Guide independent support of students out at identified internship sites.
- Report in assist with specific student needs.
- Supervise students during unstructured time such as lunch.
- Assist the student with job development at sides outside of Sidra.
- Perform related work as required.
- Collaborate with host business parentheses Sintra) and present yourself in a professional manner at all times with stakeholders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE |
- High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 60 credit hours form in accredited post secondary institution or career technical facility; or an associates degree; or successfully completed the Parapro assessment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES |
- This position requires periods of standing; some walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling,reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift 25 lbs.
