Starting rate $17.10/hour, weekends paid at $18.55/hour

Qualifications
- Core skill in caregiving
- Premium skills patient observation, and patient care
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Ability to work weekends and adapt to varying schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in long term care and social work is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate caregiving and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
- Foster positive communication and relationships with residents and their families.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.
