Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counter professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our automotive service operations by providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring the efficient management of parts inventory. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of repair and maintenance, and the ability to manage orders effectively.

Duties

• Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts .
• Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
• Process sales transactions efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure timely fulfillment of parts for repairs.
• Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring that all parts are delivered accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales management strategies and enhance overall service quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems is a plus.
