Vape Shop Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated retail customer service oriented vaping retail sales associate. As a vaping retail sales associate you will be responsible for assisting customers in a retail setting and providing the customer will exceptional customer service and advising the customer on our products and what products work for them. You are expected to keep a clean work area and keep the store clean during the shifts. You will be responsible for driving sales to meet targets and prioritizing customer needs. We are looking for someone will very strong customer service skills that is a motivated person who is dependable and reliable.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in a retail setting, providing exceptional service, and driving sales to meet targets. We have two locations and will be expected to be available for work in either location. The locations are as follows:

- 2206 Gilmer Road, Longview, Texas 75604

- 1610 US HWY 259 N Ste 6, Kilgore, Texas 75662

We are looking for motivated individuals with strong customer service skills to run shifts at the locations listed. We are actively searching for dependable and reliable employees to join our team. Training consists of two to three weeks at our Longview location. We are open 7 days a week and most days during the year.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer assistance
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Provide product knowledge to customers and assist with product demos
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls
- Support supervising duties as needed

- Stay up to date on all vaping, delta, and smoking products

- Mix juice for customers based on their request

- Keep inventory and participate in orders and restocking

Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
