E Cig City Upland in Upland, CA is looking for 3 sales associates to join our 2 person strong team. We are located on 1229 W Foothill Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product inquiries
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and merchandise displays
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience
Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers
Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and performance
Qualifications
Ability to work flexible hours including evening and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or sales experience preferred
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting change
Proficient or willing to learn the Light Speed POS system
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic

Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $20.00 / hour.
