What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Marketing Coordinator position at E-Cloth Inc.?

Lead our digital presence as a key member of the marketing team, managing social media, content creation, and influencer programs. This role is responsible for owning and executing all social media strategies, creating engaging Reels and TikToks, writing weekly blog posts, and crafting compelling newsletters in Klaviyo. Your creativity and leadership will drive our digital engagement, establish our voice, and strengthen connections with our audience.

Responsibilities :

Own and lead all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest), including planning, creating, and scheduling content.
Create original short-form video content, such as Reels and TikToks, that aligns with trends and engages the audience.
Write and publish weekly blog posts that showcase our brand, highlight products, and provide valuable content for our audience.
Develop and send newsletters and SMS through Klaviyo, crafting compelling email campaigns that engage and convert.
Manage influencer collaborations, including outreach, coordination, and performance tracking.
Engage with followers across platforms, fostering a vibrant and supportive online community.
Support customer service by overseeing inquiries and resolving issues through social channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with broader campaign goals.
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media, blog, and email campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Take on additional marketing projects and responsibilities as needed to support the team.

Requirements :

2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media management and content creation.

Proven ability to independently create high-quality Reels, TikToks, and blog posts.

Proficiency in managing and growing social media accounts across multiple platforms.

Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.

Strong writing skills, with a knack for creating engaging blog posts and social media copy.

Understanding of influencer marketing and collaboration best practices.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce workflows.

Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Creative eye for content creation, storytelling, and brand consistency.

Passion for staying ahead of trends in social media, blogging, and digital marketing.

Salary Range : $50k-$70k
