Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee logistics and operations of an e-commerce based warehouse who lives in the Portland/Gallatin TN area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized leader with experience in inventory management and shipping.
ResponsibilitiesInventory Management & Accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory counts across all SKUs, conducting regular counts and full audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Utilize Shopify to update inventory records, track stock levels, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Generate inventory and other various reports from Shopify
- Ensure all inventory transactions (receiving, restocking, returns) are accurately recorded and accounted for.
Daily Shipping & Order Fulfillment
- Oversee the daily shipping of online and wholesale orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Process and print shipping labels through Shopify and third-party shipping platforms.
- Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped according to company standards and deadlines.
- Monitor order queues, prioritize urgent shipments, and troubleshoot any delays or issues.
