General Description
I'm a former software engineer, turned e-commerce entrepreneur, looking for help as I scale my business. It's currently just me in the business, so you would be the first employee. Those looking for a flexible schedule, relaxed work environment, current high school / college students, or those with entrepreneurial interests, would be a great fit for the position.
Role Description
This is a part-time role for an Assistant. Current expectations are 20 hours per week, however, hours could increase / decrease in accordance with business demand. There's a large amount of flexibility on scheduling.
The position involves;
- Computer work including; placing orders online to restock inventory / supplies, printing labels, and some executive assistant work
- Dropping off / picking up packages from USPS, UPS and Fedex in Bozeman. And dropping off recycling boxes
- First 3 weeks of the position will involve going to Belgrade, then will be fully in Bozeman from March 16th onwards (primarily downtown Bozeman)
- Packaging orders ( placing stickers and items into poly-mailers)
- Helping to keep the studio organized
