What you will do:
As a Plumbing Sales Specialist, this position is ideal for someone who is looking to get into the home service industry in a sales capacity, no plumbing experience required! We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service while learning about plumbing.
- Perform annual inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
- Develop expertise in our maintenance procedures and drive sales by offering customized solutions that address each customer's needs
- Identify and resolve issues related to leaks, clogs, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing components
- Conduct preventive maintenance to mitigate potential problems and extend the lifespan of plumbing systems
- Conduct safety inspections of plumbing installations to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Use testing equipment to evaluate water pressure, flow rates, and quality of water
- Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings, recommendations, and necessary repairs or upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs performed, in our trade software - Service Titan - training provided!
What you need:
- Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- At least 1 year of outside sales experience required
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Superb customer service skills
- E. Dennis may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
Salary : $50,000 - $85,000
