Position Summary:
The Multi-Family Leasing Manager will oversee all leasing activities across our portfolio. This role demands a dynamic professional with proven sales and customer service skills, capable of leading a team to exceed leasing targets. Fluency in Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage the entire leasing process, from marketing properties to conducting tours and closing lease agreements.
- Develop and implement targeted leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
- Train and lead leasing staff, ensuring adherence to professional standards and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and prepare detailed reports on leasing activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adjust pricing and promotions effectively.
- Respond swiftly to resident inquiries and concerns, promoting high tenant satisfaction.
- Collaborate with property management to streamline move-ins and facilitate a smooth transition for residents.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role in a multi-family housing context.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams towards success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
