Position Summary:
Join our team as a Single-Family Property Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of our homes. This role is ideal for a maintenance professional with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring our properties meet the highest standards of safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on property systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests with professionalism.
- Execute necessary repairs on building structures, HVAC units, plumbing, electrical systems, and conduct painting as required.
- Implement proactive maintenance strategies to preserve and enhance property value.
- Collaborate with contractors and service providers on complex repair tasks.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities.
- Inspect and prepare homes for new tenants, ensuring all appliances and systems are in excellent working condition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential property maintenance, with a preference for experience in single-family homes.
- Skilled in the use of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Independent worker capable of making informed decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with a strong emphasis on tenant satisfaction.
