What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable position at E&E Co. Ltd?
Job Summary
The Accounts Payable works closely with the Accounts Payable Supervisor to review, prepare and process documents to ensure payment of invoices and vouchers are made in an accurate, timely, and valid manner with an emphasis on customer service.
Essential Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve invoice issues working closely with other departments
- Route received invoices for proper approval prior to payment
- Enter payable information into the Company’s general ledger
- Process payments (checks/wires)
- Solve vendor payment problems
- Assist with month end close process
- Handle bank reconciliation
- Prepare commission and royalty report
- Process expense reports reimbursement via Concur
- Process EEC Expense PO
- Process Royalty reports and calculations
· Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
· Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business
· 3 years of Accounting
· Type of software/hardware skill – Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
Job Experience / Qualifications
- Previous accounts payable experience is a must
- Macola experience preferred, but not required
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing requires
- Ability to communicate in a persuasive manner
- Self-motivated, quick learner, thrive in a fast pace environment, team player.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Ethical conduct.
Compensation will depend on experience
