Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven D2C Site Manager to lead the growth and optimization of our direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth through innovative strategies such as retargeting, affiliate marketing, and user activity journey design.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective retargeting strategies, leveraging affiliate marketing, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, EDM, and social media ads.
- Design and optimize user activity journeys, creating seamless paths from site entry to conversion while enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand goals and seasonal trends.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and allocate resources efficiently.
- Lead the Shopify platform operations, ensuring smooth functionality, accurate product listings, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to refine strategies, improve retargeting campaigns, and enhance the overall user experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to identify new growth opportunities and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, operations, and sales objectives while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or D2C operations, with a focus on driving sales and optimizing user engagement.
- Expertise in retargeting campaigns, affiliate marketing, and designing user activity journeys to boost conversions.
- Strong skills in budget management and optimizing campaign ROI.
- Deep understanding of brand marketing rhythms and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills to drive cross-functional team success and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced analytics experience (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
