Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager with strong expertise in furniture products and familiarity with Wayfair operations. The ideal candidate will excel in creating and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, and leading a team to drive growth. This role involves managing daily tasks while planning long-term strategies to meet evolving company goals.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize e-commerce operations, with a focus on furniture product performance and growth.
- Oversee Wayfair operations and e-commerce performance.
- Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to increase sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies.
- Lead marketing programs, ensuring collaboration across departments.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and operations teams on strategies and new product development.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets and stay current with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of furniture products and their market dynamics.
- Familiarity with Wayfair operations and other major online sales platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms, B2B practices, and furniture products.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced analytics experience (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
