e&e is seeking a Business Analyst for an onsite contract opportunity in Harrisburg, PA!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating business processes, identifying needs, and developing strategies to drive improvements. This individual will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather and document requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and support project execution from initiation through implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable functional specifications.
- Create process models, workflow diagrams, and reports to support business decisions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of technology and process improvements.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to drive consensus and alignment.
- Support QA and user acceptance testing by developing test cases and validating outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and proactively propose solutions.
- Prepare project documentation including business cases, impact assessments, and status reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., user stories, process mapping, gap analysis).
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) is preferred.
