Position Overview
The Title IV-E Analyst is a key member of a review and compliance team, responsible for ensuring provider contract documentation and associated reimbursements comply with federal and state regulations. Acting as the primary liaison between providers and various agencies this role supports the development of accurate federal and state reimbursements. Key responsibilities include calculating provider per diems and reimbursement rates, assisting with training and bulletin preparation, tracking progress and documentation, and providing technical assistance to county offices, providers, and state employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply Pennsylvania's policies and procedures for Title IV-E allowable claiming for foster care providers, covering both direct and indirect costs.
- Interpret and apply federal regulations to diverse service providers and scenarios.
- Critically analyze documentation to ensure compliance and provide technical assistance.
- Implement federal and state financial reporting standards with accuracy.
- Evaluate the connection between service activity and financial accountability.
- Gather, review, and analyze complex financial reports and datasets for compliance with federal and state standards.
- Travel within the Commonwealth as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with providers, counties, and staff.
- Offer technical assistance to various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Monitor trends in compliance issues and identify best practices for continuous improvement.
