The Solution Architect will design and deliver business technology solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. Key responsibilities include :
Participating in pre-project meetings to gather requirements, create conceptual diagrams, and provide high-level estimates.
Evaluating system interactions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
Offering technical solutions that meet business needs and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Supporting application development, maintenance, and enhancements.
Coordinating with vendors to align deliverables with business requirements.
Monitoring technology trends to improve solutions and align with industry standards.
Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of health insurance processes, X12 EDI Standards, FHIR; Blue Cross Blue Shield experience preferred.
8 years of IT experience with expertise in software architecture, system design, and business process modeling.
Proficiency in technologies : Java, .NET, Mulesoft, BizTalk, APIs (SOAP / REST), SQL Server, Tableau, GCP, and more.
Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and vendor coordination experience.
