Technical Support Specialist II Role
This position is the cornerstone of our organization, serving as the first point of contact for our customers. Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences, coupled with seamless behind-the-scenes technology support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Provide technical support across the company, either in-person or over the phone.
- Set up accounts for new users.
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Test new technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CompTIA A & Network (or equivalent) certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra.
- Excellent technical aptitude and service skills.
- Ability to utilize a ticketing system to document tasks.
