We are seeking a Lead .NET Full Stack Developer with 10 years of front-end development experience, specializing in .NET Core, Angular 14 , SQL, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, business acumen, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack solutions using .NET Core, Angular 14 , and SQL.
- Ensure security, performance, and maintainability of applications, with a focus on external user logging and security (e.g., ELK stack).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including enterprise services, informatics, infrastructure, data modeling, testing/QA, security, and architecture.
- Provide technical leadership by establishing best practices, mentoring team members, and enforcing development standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs, data models, components, and services.
- Assist the Project Manager with task breakdown, estimation, and assignment.
- Manage Agile development teams using Scrum methodologies, ensuring best engineering practices such as test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD, and source control branching strategies.
- Support production problem resolution and act as the SME for development-related inquiries from business, management, and security teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, including functional and detailed design specifications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of front-end development experience with expertise in .NET Core, Angular 14 , SQL, and microservices architecture.
- Strong experience with logging and security solutions for external users (e.g., ELK stack).
- Hands-on experience with .NET 6 , C#, LINQ, SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Web API, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services (WCF, REST).
- Database expertise, including MS SQL/T-SQL (queries, stored procedures), ORM (Entity Framework, ADO.NET).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with API development.
- Knowledge of Java, cloud migration/upgrades (GCP), and Liferay.
- Familiarity with Agile tools like TFS (Azure DevOps) for source control, deployment, backlog, and task management.
