e&e is seeking a Project Business Analyst for a hybrid contract opportunity in Philadelphia, PA!
This role supports organizational change by defining needs, recommending solutions, and managing project activities for key initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee business case elements, including requirements gathering, analysis, communication, testing, and training.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic and support plans.
- Facilitate RFP activities, vendor evaluations, and demo scoring.
- Document business requirements, use cases, and test plans.
- Support process improvement initiatives through process mapping and value stream analysis.
- Measure project effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage project documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
- Promote methodologies and provide training on business analysis and project management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Advanced degree in Healthcare, IT, Business, or related field preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in business analysis (5 years preferred); 1 year in project management; experience in healthcare, research, or academic environments preferred.
- Certifications (Preferred): CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
- Key Skills: Business analysis, process improvement, process mapping, requirements gathering, communication, and testing.
