Job Title: Skilled Laborer/Technician
Salary Range: $15/hour-$25/hour depending on experience.
Location: Farmington, NM, Aztec, NM, Bloomfield, NM, Durango, CO and surrounding areas.
Travel: Occasionally
Responsibilities:
You will be doing a variety of different things depending on the project. This include but is not limited to hanging drywall, texturing walls, painting walls, removing flooring, installing new flooring, installing new roof, framing, etc. We take on many different projects. Some are as little as changing out windows and doors to much larger jobs such as building homes from the ground up.
Minimum Requirements:
· Valid Drivers License
· Ability to travel for work when needed
· Prior construction experience (Preferred)
· Strong work ethic to ensure that jobs are completed to the highest standard of quality and safety
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Ability to take instruction and follow direction
· Ability to work alone or with a team depending on the project
· Measuring skills to take accurate, precises measurements of materials
· Experience with a variety of power tools
· Must be able to walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time
· Must be able to lift 80 pounds
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Class A CDL
· Heavy Equipment operating experience
· Drywall experience
· Renovation experience
· Roofing experience
· Flooring experience
· Painting experience
· Trim work
