Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensure Site Opens & Operates According to the Schedule Assigned Safely
- Enrollment and Support of Memberships at the car wash
- Provide Daily Observation, Evaluation, Preventative Maintenance, & Service of Equipment Needed to Perform Optimally
- Lead Teammate to Become Better Versions of Themselves, Better Teammates, & Better Service Providers
- Ensure Customers Are Greeted & Serviced According To Our Mission
- Ensure Necessary Paperwork & Reporting is Timely & Accurate
- Communicate Positively & Efficiently
- Maintaining a Neat and Clean environment while customers are on site
- Attend and Actively participate in Meetings and Training Sessions when scheduled
