Job Summary : As a Warehouse Employee at EFE Laboratories a leading Electro-Mechanical Contract Manufacturer, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and organized management of materials, products, and equipment. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping a variety of electro-mechanical components, assemblies, and finished products, while maintaining safety, accuracy, and organization in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities : Receive incoming shipments, verify product quantities and quality, and update inventory records. Properly store materials, components, and finished products according to organizational standards. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of products. Ensure all warehouse areas are clean, organized, and free from hazards. Assist with unloading and loading shipments as needed, using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment. Follow company policies and procedures for safe material handling, storage, and shipping practices. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; additional warehouse training or certification is a plus. Previous experience in warehouse or logistics roles, preferably in an electro-mechanical or manufacturing environment. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification may be required). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting. Knowledge of safety practices and the ability to follow safety protocols.
