Job Summary :

As a Warehouse Employee at [Company Name], a leading Electro-Mechanical Contract Manufacturer, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and organized management of materials, products, and equipment. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping a variety of electro-mechanical components, assemblies, and finished products, while maintaining safety, accuracy, and organization in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive incoming shipments, verify product quantities and quality, and update inventory records.
• Properly store materials, components, and finished products according to organizational standards.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of products.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts, tracking, and updating inventory systems.
• Ensure all warehouse areas are clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Assist with unloading and loading shipments as needed, using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to fulfill orders and maintain smooth workflows.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on warehouse equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures for safe material handling, storage, and shipping practices.
• Assist with quality control processes as required, ensuring all products meet quality standards before shipment.
• Support the Warehouse Manager with daily operations and provide backup in the absence of team members.
