Commercial Landscaping Project Manager- Must Have EXP

E&F landscaping is a family/woman owned landscape business located in southern Maryland and operating throughout the mid Atlantic for almost 40 years. E&F is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with 5 to 7 years experience in landscape and installation. This Individual will be responsible for all aspects of project management from day to day operations as related to job start up to final completion

Duties to Include but not limited to:

• Managing a crew of experienced landscape personnel and new employees
• Scheduling and properly performing all facets of a commercial project from pre construction site visits to final walk through and acceptance by GC and owner
• Contract initial review and site visits
• Managing multiple projects at one time coordinating and communicating with inner office management and job site management
• Billing and coordinating punctual billing with Inner office staff
• Controlling cost, and hours to make sure project is on budget
• Provide guidance, direction, and assistance to all field personnel under your direct and indirect supervision
• Organize all crew scheduling and paperwork to set them up for daily success
• Keep upper management informed and aware of all aspects of a assigned landscape project
• Keep look ahead schedule and company documents up to date and organized
• Strong understanding of commercial landscape process from plans and specs to job site compensation
• Manage and resolve problems/conflict on and off job site
• Develop and train company personal to strive for personal growth and professionalism
• Represent E&F with professionalism at all times
• Communicate effectively and efficiently in a timely manner with Clients and company personnel

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of project manager experience in Metro area preferred
• 7 to 10 years green industry experience with a focus on construction and installation
• Excellent, verbal and written skills, bilingual Skills (English/Spanish) a plus
• Track record of successful project completion
• Knowledge of landscape install, construction math, computer skills, contract review, and business communication necessary
• Proficient in MS suite
• Construction, green industry, or business/project management necessary
• Ability to communicate in a direct and effective, and professional manner
• Strong aptitude for organization and Time Management
• Ability to run multiple crews and projects simultaneously
• Clean Driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
