We're Hiring: Warehouse Associate at E. F. San Juan – Where Craftsmanship Meets Efficiency!

What You’ll Do:
- Safely receive, store, and organize raw materials, tools, and finished products in our warehouse
- Assist in the picking, packing, and shipping of custom millwork products to customers (with attention to detail!)
- Ensure the warehouse is always neat, clean, and organized for maximum efficiency
- Help load and unload deliveries with a teamoriented attitude
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock organization to ensure materials are easily accessible
- Support the production team with material prep and movement between departments
- Stay on top of safety procedures to maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stay physically active throughout the day
- Experience in warehouse or logistics is a plus, but not required (we’ll train the right person!)
- Excellent communication skills and a positive teamplayer attitude
- A love for working with your hands and a passion for the craft of custom millwork
- A commitment to safety and following procedures to ensure a smooth, successful workflow
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks (training available!)
