Job Description:

The Department Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their department. This includes managing a team of employees, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all department goals are met. The Department Lead will also be responsible for communicating with upper management to provide updates on department performance and make recommendations for improvements. Additionally, the Department Lead will be responsible for training new employees and ensuring that all team members are following company policies and procedures.
