Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our team in Akron, OH. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and processing sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Participate in inventory management and restocking
• Assist with merchandising and visual displays
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent
