M.A. Wolf Trucking Inc. is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Dispatch Support Specialist to join our team and enhance overall operational efficiency. This role is based in our Slinger, WI office and requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Perform all job duties and responsibilities in a manner that prioritizes safety.

Interact with customers via multi-line phone system, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.

Communicate openly and efficiently with all route and transport fuel team members.

Work weekends or extended hours on a rotational basis.

Coordinate portable tanks in conjunction with dispatch functions.

Gain proficiency in both the route and transport dispatch system to provide backup during vacations or absences.

Participate in cross-training to support various business segments.

Requirements

Required Skills / Abilities :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers, drivers, and coworkers.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus.

Strong scheduling and organizational skills for efficient route preparation and assignment.

Basic understanding of geographical areas and mapping programs for effective routing.

Proficient with or able to quickly learn dispatch and record-keeping systems.

Comfort working in a shared space with multiple ongoing conversations.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree in a related field is preferred.

M.A. Wolf is willing to train the right candidate.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
