As the backbone of our office operations, the Office Manager is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of daily activities and the overall efficiency of our workplace. This role involves a dynamic blend of administrative leadership and problem-solving, demanding a hands-on approach to managing office functions, staff coordination, and customer interactions. By fostering a collaborative environment, the Office Manager ensures that our office not only runs smoothly but also aligns with our strategic objectives and values.

What You Will Do :
- Operational Excellence : Oversee the daily administrative operations across departments, setting work priorities, scheduling staff, administering attendance policies, and tackling challenges with strategic solutions.
- Staff Development : Lead the office team by example, embodying our core values and fostering a culture of respect and productivity. Responsibilities include hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff to build a highly efficient team.
- Process Improvement : Leverage advanced software applications and develop resources to enhance office productivity and establish a workflow that meets tight deadlines with high-quality results.
- Compliance Mastery : Ensure adherence to all relevant DMV, federal, and state laws and regulations, maintaining a deep understanding of the auction industry"s legal landscape.
- Customer and Employee Support : Act as a primary resource for employees and customers, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Leadership and Collaboration : Champion a positive work environment through effective leadership, regular staff meetings, and partnering with HR on employee matters, emphasizing accountability and conflict resolution.

What We Offer :
At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
